By establishing and implementing telework programs for their employees, businesses in Virginia can take advantage of the many significant benefits of telework. Allowing employees to work from home one day a week can improve employee productivity, increase employee retention, reduce traffic congestion, and expand the pool of prospective employee candidates.  More information for individuals and businesses interested in starting or expanding a telework program can be found at teleworkva.org.
